Welcome to the new decade. I'm going to be more productive and make bigger finished works this year and the coming ones. Here's some journal pages and painting ideas I've been playing with over the break.

WOOD PAINT STENCIL

I'm thinking of doing more of these, quite like the process. The thing is to find interesting old bits of wood.

Finished this morning last of 52 titlecards (there is only 50 here) for the series GASP! screening soon on Australian TV.

YULE-TIDY

Working on a christmas themed promo. This is a concept for the 3D location. All assembled from bits and pieces.

MORE JOURNALISM

I am trying to make some kind of mark daily that isn't influenced by commerce or ego. Its important, I believe, to try to make pure images unhindered by any factors which may corrupt them.

Caricature

Here's a picture I've done for a friend's friend's wedding present. Nice to play with watercolour again, I should do a big watercolour and let the paint run and mingle.
